Cancellation & Fees Policy

We kindly request that cancellations be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations received beyond this period are subject to a $50 fee. If an
appointment is scheduled within 24 hours of the service and subsequently cancelled, the full fee will be charged. Exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
